kids friendly. tasty but a little too small.
Great burger! Would like to come back again
Everything is humanely sourced and organic. If you ask they’ll show you details! It’s fascinating. And absolutely delicious. Try the sweet potato fries. There’s also one in Ginza.
Loved the burger 😍 We went here on a Saturday afternoon, it was busy but not super packed. Great place to hangout with friends and catch up over great food. I loved the sweet potato fries which was a bit soft but still very tasty. Loved the yuzu soda, and really loved the burger. Everything was so delicious. They have veggie and gluten free options and design-your-own burger for really specific eaters. I tried the supreme burger, which was juicy good. Will definitely come back here again.
Vegan options..kid friendly..a tad bit pricey for burgers though!
The wagyu patty is expensive but amazing! The shakes are also pretty great.
A little burger joint in the edge of the restaurant area in Jiyugaoka. The design-your-own-burger was interesting as the ingredients were unique (e.g. many types of cheeses) and for the low-carb dieters out there, they offer a leaf wrap instead of a burger bun. Quality of the food was very good for the price and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
Good burger and good vibes
Decent burgers which some might think are a little expensivefor the portionsize, but it was enough. Decent atmosphere, but apparently on the weekends there can be quite a queue.
They have a leaf-wrap burger, for those like myself, avoiding carbohydrates! Was great.
Nice atmosphere with outside seating! Yummy food and drinks, good service!
I'm not the biggest fan of having to wait to be seated, but it's mostly about the food. They make orders fresh from ordering, so it will take time. If you are really hungry, better head over to Carl Jr's. I think the choices for building your own burger are great, and allows even vegetarians to enjoy burgers the way they like. People with big stomachs like me, you might have to order two burgers and skip the sides. Hehe.
In one word I would say "overpriced" prices from ¥1,600 fries were extra and didn't leave a lasting impression. Ordered a beer ¥600, I thought well that is not too bad till it came and it was maybe a 4 oz glass. Total rip off. I make sure I tell all my friends to ever go there. Walk back towards Jiyugaoka station and stop at Carl's Jr.
Probably the best veggie burger I've tried in Japan and I'm assured the meat options are just as solid. A good spot for people that want a quality fast food experience.
Normally, I tend to give fair reviews, but this place is best to be avoided. The food is expensive and everything has no taste whatsoever. The fries are burnt and soaking in oil, and a small portion of side onion rings was absolutely tasteless too. Coffe was borderline poisonous to say the least. I sincerely don't recommend this place to anyone.
Too expensive than value
One if the best burger I've had in Tokyo, and definitely a fantastic spot with the little outdoor terrace. Highly recommend on a warm early summer evening.
Actually decent burger with really good but unusual onion rings. You can sit outside or in. The milkshake was rich and creamy, great to wash down the greasy meal.
100 famous shopsAvocado cheese burger! The broth was firm and delicious!I am particular about organic, the gum syrup of ice coffee is also organic, and the potato was also delicious
Shake Shack it's not. Burger was OK, zucchini fries were kind of tasteless. Nice place to sit outside when the weather is nice though!
The burgers are great, with an interesting selection of styles and toppings. But for me, this place excels at fries and milkshakes. They have home cut fries, which are fantastic. And the peanut butter chocolate milkshake is out of control. Check this place out if you get a chance.
Yuzu soda and sweet potato fries are awesome. The vegan green wrap was just okay, had a bit of a strange texture.
Great juicy burger and wide variety of choices. They also serve pancakes and coffees. Stylish atmosphere. There are many types of seating inside and outside the restaurant and power outlet is available on the counter seat.
One of the best burgers iv ever tried!
This burger place is both unique and top notch. It’s a great mix of American varieties (and portions) combined with the high quality service Japan is known for. The menus feature some intriguing styles of burgers and side dishes that have something for everyone. Most the burgers are large, so if you’re hungry it definitely hits the spot. English menus are available and most of the staff can also converse with customers in English if your Japanese skills are limited. Side note, the decor is amazing animal art and all the seating options are great. The burgers are really good but the milkshakes are phenomenal. The peanut butter chocolate shake is incredible and your experience isn’t complete without one. The other shakes are good but that one is by far the best. The Jiyugaoka location is a close walk from the station. If you’re missing the American burger experience- Bare Burger is the place to go in Tokyo.
Great place, food and environment. Loved the sweet potato fries
Beautiful and bright ambiance that covers outdoor seating(very nice) and multiple levels indoor. It's a good place to bring kids, and they have changing tables! The burgers are pricey, but you get what you pay for. They have a decent and well thought side menu. They have craft beer and other drinks.Very chill and trendy venue.
Excellent burger, fries and milk shake!A bit pricey, but the venue itself is really nice and makes it up for it.
Fairly good burger place located in Jiyugaoka. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They are very kid friendly so that was a good touch. Also they have a large selection of burgers to choose from and if you are not a burger fan they have salads.
expensive than the value
Great place, really nice vegetarian/vegan burger. The price is a little high but the quality makes up for it.
Terrible terrible service! We wait for an hour for a burger... and they didnt even give an apology... I woundn't recommend it to everyone!
Very good burger, will be back!
Get the Tomorrow Burger. And the Choco Peanut Butter shake.
Delicious burgers, friendly staff, and cute outdoor patio seating.
Dank burgers and great beer
The burgers are yummy and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were incredible and the sauces were great compliments. Don't sleep on this place!
Best hamburger in TokyoAn update: I’ve tried the New York branches. Jiyugaoka one is equally great — if not better tasted.(One the other hand, Tokyo shake shacks are no more than a fancy McDonald’s but NY ones are really good.)I love this one!
In regards to other reviewers saying it’s expensive: yes, a bit. But so are most burger shops in Japan. Basically you’re paying for the carefully sourced ingredients. Bare burger is simply wonderful. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Although I was a bit sad when they took turkey burgers off the menu, I still go back whenever I can.If you want a cheap burger then there’s plenty of fast food shops in Jiyugaoka.
Food is good but quite expensive.
Best burger I've ever had!! And the sweet fries were soooo delicious. It is so worth the 50 mins ride from home. Totally coming back here again
Really good burger, slightly expensive thoThe peanut butter, chocolate milkshake is so good!
Burgers, french fries and onion fries were so good! It's located off the road which lends to the atmosphere and there are some outdoor seats as well.
onion rings were awesome
You can make an own burger.
Jiyugaoka store of Bareburger, an organic hamburger shop from New York. The most orthodox menu "County Fair" was given on this day. I went to the Ginza store before and liked it because I liked it. It was close to the station and spacious inside and the comfort was very good, but the taste of the hamburger felt a bit less than the Ginza store (especially the condition of the patty), so it was a difference depending on the store, and it seemed to happen on the day What? I wanted to go there again and make a decision. The sweet fries available on the side menu are fried shredded sweet potatoes and are very delicious.
Good burger but over priced for what it is.
